Swelling in jowls months after AccuTite! Why is this & what can I do? (Photos)

I had accutite done to my jowls, jawline and under chin area 2 months ago. I have read on multiple sites and from the physician himself that swelling would only last about a week. However, the swelling seems to be getting worse as time passes, not better. I have not gained weight or changed my facial regimen, no new meds, diet changes or anything of the sort. I even do facial lymph massages to release any fluid build up. But it does absolutely nothing. I’m beyond frustrated by this!!

I'm sorry to hear of the issue you are having.  Swelling after an AccuTite treatment should resolve after a week or two.  I encourage you to return to your surgeon for an evaluation.  She/He is most familiar with the details of your procedure as well as your medical history and would be the best one to advise on what may be occurring.

The differences between the before  and after appear very mild , what you maybe experiencing is a volumization effect from the treatment itself when the tissue goes through neocollagenesis ( new collagen)
