Is it okay to eat sugar after CoolSculpting?

Eating sugar after the CoolSculpting procedure will not "ruin" your results. However, such a diet can prevent you from enjoying the long-term benefits of CoolSculpting.  The fat cells killed by the CoolSculpting procedure are not replaced by your body, but the remaining fat cells will continue to store excess fat, as this is the body's natural process. Gaining weight post procedure can prevent you from fully appreciating the clear benefits previously achieved with CoolSculpting.

One of the really great aspects of CoolSculpting is that it is going to freeze, destroy and permanently remove stubborn pockets of fat. This is going to work no matter what you eat or drink. Of coarse, we always recommend a healthy diet and exercise routine. But honestly, you can eat or drink what you want, within reason. Don't worry! Your diet after coolsculpting will not immediately affect your results. It can take up to 3 months to see the positive impact of coolsculpting. That being said, however, doing coolsculpting doesn't make you immune to gaining weight in the future. It's always a good time to adopt a healthy diet and lifestyle after coolsculpting. While the technology and treatment can get amazing long lasting results, it's not a license to binge! Continue to exercise and eat healthy and your results will truly be lifetime!
