Does Laser 1540 Fractional reduce pore size and texture?

What does this laser correct? Does it create smaller pores and refine the texture or is it more for correction of acne scars, malasma, and wrinkles? Does it stimulate collegen production?

The fractional Laser at 1540 wave length may assist in pore size reduction as well as texture. The device at this wavelength, depending on the set power and frequency, typically is effective in improving the appearance of pore size and texture. Depending on the severity of the pore size and texture sometimes a second procedure is recommended.

Fractional laser 1540 is a non-ablative treatment that will resurface your skin without vaporizing the top layers with no or minimal downtime. This type of laser is very good at improving skin texture and fine lines. It is usually done in a series of 4 or 5 sessions four weeks apart. In my experience the results are very nice.
