I Consumed Alcohol While on Accutane and After Doing Some Research I Realized You Cant Drink Anything?

I feel like i cant fight infections the same, i have a scrape on my elbox from falling, and it was healing perfectly fine until i drank. Also have been feeling sick sick i drank, its going away slowly and im still on it. should i stop accutane for a week or something, im on 40mg. And im having a little breakout(acne)
