Is the "drop n fluff" a non issue with second time around breast implants? (Photo)

Unlike a first time augmentation, the
pocket is already there so the implant will immediately settle. Looks like a
nice job.

Thanks for your pictures and question. After saline implant replacement, there is no settling of the implants. The pocket for the implants is well formed and the new implant is in the right place immediately after surgery. I would not expect your implant to drop at all. Best of luck!

The answer to question will depend mainly on what was done during your procedure; therefore, your plastic surgeon will be your best resource for an accurate response. If for example, the procedure involved a relatively simple removal/replacement, without adjustment of the breast implant capsule, then there should be no "dropping and fluffing". If, on the hand, the breast implant capsule was manipulated along the lower breast poles, some movement of the breast implant can be predicted.
