Pear shape - can I get natural looking results with just lipo 360?

Can a person who is naturally pear shape that is bottom heavy get a natural looking sculpting results with just lipo 360? Will a flatter stomach and waist make my butt and hips stick out more? What surgery is recommended for getting rid of cellulite on butt or legs? Also what doctor in the USA preferably New York area specializes in lipo 360 and can give lipo 360 results like Colombia ?

Liposuction 360 could be performed with medical clearance. However, I would address the gallbladder problems first; and if a cholecystectomy is required, wait 6 weeks to 3 months to have the liposuction performed.

Based on your photos you do seem to have loose skin and likely have separation of the abdominal muscles (rectus diastasis).  These two problems cant be fixed with liposuction alone.  You would need a tummy tuck with muscle repair to address these problems.  Lipsuction will remove any fat you ca...
