My double eyelid won't go back to the way it was (Photo)

I am chinese and I have slight double eyelids. They are usually even but one day i woke up and my right one was stranged. This has happened before, usually if i cry the night before, but if usually returns back to normal after a few hours or by the end of the night. This time its been a few days and it hasn't returned back to normal. What should i do? Will it stay like this forever?

The left eyelid and brow appears to be swollen. This is probably resulting in the loss of eyelid fold on the left side. I recommend physical examination and evaluation by an oculoplastic surgeon in your area.

However, before you decide to have surgery, you should be patient.  This may settle down and return to its base line state.  How long should you wait?  I would recommend waiting 6 to 12 months before considering double fold surgery.  RIght upper eyelid ptosis seems to be a component of this.
