Is there a way to make my cheeks and jaw smaller? (photo)

i am really embarrassed to post these pictures, but i really need to know, is it my cheeksbones or my jaw that are so huge? or is it both? i am very self conscious about my face because it looks so huge, & people make fun & say rude things to me about my face/jaw/cheeks being so big. can someone please help me and tell me what can be fixed & how much it will cost, please. thank you so much.

I would recommend a minimum of 3 weeks following a full face lift for any type of sexual activity of any type. The holding strength of your incisions are just getting strong by that time.

The loose skin is a result of suction without skin tightening. Your options include a necklift or a non invasive tightening procedure like Ultherapy.  Ultherapy will help tighten the skin but not as effectively as a neck lift..  Consider additional consultation.  All the best.
