Is it common to inject filler on one side of the face only?

It depends how asymmetric you are and what aging changes have happened to each side of the face. More typical in my practice would be to inject both sides, but do more on the flatter/hollower side to get closer to symmetry.

For facial slimming a combination of treatments are always needed. Options include: 1. Buccal fat pad removal to reduce fat on the lower face 2. Hi there! Yes, you can absolutely inject filler to just one area or side. In fact, improving asymmetries is one of the reasons to use filler. There are a number of different products which can be used. Some are more stiff than others and provide better structure in deeper areas like the cheek and chin.
