What impact does filler in the pyriform fossa area have on smile lines, and the rest of the face? Does it affect cheeks (ie, make them bigger)? Can it provide a lift for the upper lip? I’ve read about it being an option for nasolabial folds but can’t tell exactly what it does and whether it has the potential to volumize cheeks that don’t need it or make a person look overdone.
