Would filler in the tear troughs or under eyes help minimize hollow appearance? Will this also help my droopy eye lids?

Im in my early 20s and my hollow under eyes have bothered me extremely much ever since I became a teenager. I feel they completely ruin my face together with droopy eyelids and a non positive canthal tilt. I look like a drug addict 24/7 despite having good health, eating and sleeping patterns. I am currently hesitating whether or not to get tear trough fillers for my hollow under eyes or cheek fillers as i dont know what the deficiency is. Also, does filling the under eye help with droopy lids?
