I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. Hello! There are options for your nasolabial folds. Fillers tend to be a great starting point. Hyaluronic acid based ones - such as the Juvederm, Restalyne, and RHA lines - are great because they move with the skin and last 8-12 months on average. The amount of filler you need can vary as the syringes are filled only to 1 cc which isn't a ton of volume. I would seek consultation with an injectionist to learn more about what may be best. Another option is fat transfer, but I would suggest fillers, first. Hope this helps!

Nasolabial folds can be addressed with addition of volume for a mild improvement. This can be accomplished with filler or addition of fat. This maybe a good place to start.
