After a PRP procedure we give to our patients a guide of post care instructions to follow. If you had your procedure boosted with Microneedling you can wash your face after 24 hours. If the PRP was just applied subdermal (injection) you can resume your routine skin care early after the procedure. 
You must always follow up with your practitioner to get clear information about your post care instructions. I hope it helps. Best, LM
