I am concerned because I feel like my stomach would look flat also when sitting at this point. It looks amazing staying and horrible sitting is this normal ? Or should I be talking with my doctor ?

From you photo it looks like this was a procedure after massive weight loose.  28 day out there is still a great deal of swelling in the tissue.  The tummy tuck is not designed to restore the elasticity of the skin so in a sitting position like your photo the results looks like you are on track.  Standing up is the position to best assess the results, but again you are way to early.

I agree with the other comments, your results look very good, for having just 28 days after the surgery, as there is still some swelling that will go away in few more months, and once you add some regular exercise to your activities, then your results will improve even more.

Hi and thanks for posting. You should always talk to your doctor first.  I see your concerns.  You give no indication however about your preop condition.  If you were a massive weight loss patient, or were obese this may be an awesome result.  Can't judge the final result without looking at the starting point.sek
