Placing implants behind the muscle will be the best option for upper breast fullness. You do want to avoid going too large.

Implant size discussion and implant selection is one of the most important steps during your consultation with plastic surgeon. I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured.
