Is it possible to get upper pole fullness if you have a long chest after anchor lift? I would like to have the upper fullness in my wish picture but without using mesh. Is it possible?

Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You can achieve upper pole fullness with the use of breast implants. You will not require a mesh at this stage.

Adding breast implants or performing Breast lipofilling using fat grafting can help you achieve a fuller cleavage.
Implant size discussion and implant selection is one of the most important steps during your consultation with plastic surgeon. The decision-making process depends on patient’s desires, as well as breast and soft tissue dimensions. I also utilize Vectra 3D planning to further help with implant selection. 
I suggest that you seek an in person consultation with a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon specializing in Breast Surgeries in order to discuss your goals and concerns for the best cosmetic results. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.

I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements and implants of different sizes if interested. No is the short answer. In general, any upper breast fullness achieved after a mastopexy will be lost within a few months. It is quite common to place an implant at the time of mastopexy to achieve the results shown in your "wish picture". The good news is that you can easily achieve those results still by placing an implant. I recommend a size of 320-400cc. The implant can be placed under the muscle with a very small incision. It is less common to stage these procedures (mastopexy and augmentation) but it is still done and some would say the results are better with fewer complications. So, no bridges have been burned for you and you are right on track to the "wish picture".
