The front of my chin under my bottom lip flattens out when I smile and skin bulges around the outer edges of it. I also have orange peel chin that I once got Botox for but it migrated terribly and I couldn’t smile for 4 months. Additionally, jowls are starting to form. I think that my genetically chubby cheeks/face is just causing the sag earlier than I’d like. Will any fillers or injectables help my lower face?
