Female 26. Hello interested in chin/jaw filler. I feel like my chin is slightly back and makes my nose look big and stick out a lot. I feel if i added chin filler it would look more balanced. Also i have a weak jaw that blends in with my neck. Would like honest opinion about which type of filler would you recommend where to make me look balanced and yet natural. Thank you :)

Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry you need maxillofacial surgery or implants customized. I suggest seeing an expert to go through all options. Answer: Filler Chin Augmenation To Harmonize Profile & Define The Jawline From the photos provided, it would appear that the use of a robust HA filler for chin augmentation would not only improve the projection of the chin in profile and harmonize it better with the projections of the lips and nose, but would likely secondarily help to better define the jawline. If still necessary, another robust HA filler may be used directly along the jawline to establish greater definition between lower cheek and upper neck regions. Make sure to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.
