What would be the best option for my double-chin, chin filler, liposuction or Coolsculpting? (Photos)

My family is known for having a hereditary double-chin. I was always complimented on my jawline until the past couple years. I am nearing 30, have had no major weight gain (133lbs) but have started to lose structure in my jaw. I am determined not to accept this fate and want to change it ASAP. There seems to be endless options so unsure what would be the best route for me.

"For a double chin, InMode FaceTite with VASERlipo would give you the best result.

With significant neck sagging you would need a facelift / neck lift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty). Hi, based on your pictures, you may be better off starting with Morpheus 8, which is a treatment involving micro-needling with radio frequency.  When done by a qualified and expert provider, the results are amazing.  It may help with texture of your skin, tighten the skin and reduce the sub mental adipose tissue.   You can then add some fillers for finishing touches if you need to further define the jawline.    It is also a great treatment to maintain the look and slow down the aging process.
