Hi, based on your pictures, you may be better off starting with Morpheus 8, which is a treatment involving micro-needling with radio frequency. When done by a qualified and expert provider, the results are amazing. It may help with texture of your skin, tighten the skin and reduce the sub mental adipose tissue.
