I had a TT 2 years ago. Everything was fine until 6 weeks ago. Then at one of my chiropractor appointments, he did a new adjustment. He forced my body into an abrupt twist with the intent of helping my lower back pain. While I don't recall any initial pain from the adjustment, in the days and weeks that followed I have developed a twingy ab pain and tenderness to pressure, mostly in my lower right quadrant that is worse with movement. Could my fascia have been torn during the adjustment?

I recommend you are within 10% of your final target weight at the time of surgery. So for example, if your target was 200 lbs., then anything less than 220lbs.
Hope this helps
