I'm 19 year old and my left breast is a DD and right breast is a C cup. I want to have breast reduction to the left boob.

Hello. Great Questions for a 19 year old! Our breasts are usually a little different, but yours are a lot different in size so you will love having the large side made smaller. There are different techniques, and  I would recommend "doing your homework" to find a plastic surgeon who is skilled in breast reduction-- we all have different things we do, so it is OK to ask! I think the best technique is the superior-medial pedicle with a short scar (lollipop) for someone your age. I previously did the "inferior" pedicle and now feel this gives a more square or boxy looking result.  The key is to find a plastic surgeon you feel comfortable with, and ask questions!Good luck!
