Would getting filler in my jaw/chin help correct my overbite at all? (photos)

Unfortunately filler or chin implant would only improve the appearance of your profile. It will do nothing to address your overbite. What you would need is to visit and orthognathic surgeon or OMFS surgeon who would need to do jaw surgery to correct the overbite. It is very powerful surgery that can help with the appearance of your profile as well as your occlusion (the overbite).
