I know you might not like this answer, but the correct thing here is to dissolve the filler. If you have filler you do not like, get rid of it. Do not fall down the dangerous path of chasing one bad outcome with additional treatments. You are going to spend more and more money and time trying one thing to correct another and end up more unhappy than where you started and looking over-filled.
