Will a second surgery fix these problems from my intial breast reduction? 2 years post op. (photos)

Two years ago, I had a breast reduction. Now I am starting to regret it. Even though it relieved me of the back and neck pain I was having, I am still dealing with the mentality of not having a nipple assymetry and some severe scarring.

All breast lifts and reductions are prone to loss of fullness in the upper pole over time. An internal bra can be used to minimize this. A material called Galaflex mesh works well and we have been using it for a few years now with good success.
