Thanks so much for reaching out. The pictures you show are from a sitting position sonit is hard to judge your results. Sometimes after liposuction you are left with sagging skin. If there is enough sometimes a tummy tuck is warranted. I hope this helps :)
The best thing to do in my opinion is to speak openly and honestly about this with your surgeon. Getting the result you want may be as easy as a revision liposuction or additional fat injection. It might be more involved requiring skin excision. Hard to tell from the pictures. But if you picked a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, chances are that they are going to do everything within reason to help you achieve your goals. I hope this helps. Good luck!
The skin always creases when you sit this is normal. It does not mean you have excess skin necessarily.
Thank you for the question. It is hard to tell anything from your photos since it is very close up and you are being vague on what you do not like. From the photos all i see is there is skin bunching due to you sitting down and bending forward. Everyone (people that have had surgery and people that has not had surgery) have this problem when they sit down and lean forward. Even very thin people have this problem, that is why models do not take photos in this position.
Swelling is very common after any surgery. For a BBL, I tell my patients to give it about 6-8 weeks for most of the swelling to subside.
