If you did not have bags before the Botox injection, it could be possible that you were over injected. When your muscles move they pump fluid out of the area. If we relax the muscles under the eye the muscle pump doesn’t work effectively. This can cause fluid retention or Periorbital edema, which is self limiting. Using hot compresses can help Venous return and aid in minimizing the edema.

The eye area needs significant combinations to get improvement. Lasers like erbium, co2, halo, profractional/contour, or Fraxel can all be used to build collagen long term. Plasma pen is a newer less invasive option but will take many treatments and require proper skincare. Botox effects gradually fade over three to four months. There is no reversal agent for Botox. If you do not see improvement of the under eye area you can consider filler and/or Morpheus8. This treatment works to improve overall skin tone and texture.

Wrinkles may appear under your eyes post crows feet injection due to the paralyzing effects of the lateral muscles. If this is the cause, then adding very few units of Botox just under the eyes will reduce this. If the new folds are related to normal fat pads, then the Botox will not have any effect.

Thank you for your question. Botox injections can only correct crows feet on the lateral or outside portion of the skin around your eyelids. Botox cannot be injected medially towards the nose for it because the lid to become lax and possibly allow the cornea to be exposed.

Based on your photographs the Botox has been effective in removing the crows feet using currently accepted technique.

What you are seeing are areas where the Botox was not injected, should not be injected and the wrinkles cannot be corrected there.

What you see is loose skin and correction of what you are seeing would require a surgical technique: Lower blepharoplasty.
