What could have caused my eyebrows to swell? Is Botox a good option to minimize this? (photos)

Question

I have random swelling that appeared on both eyebrows, started with the left and progressed to the right and now it appears that both eyebrows are protruding. I’ve been to several plastic surgeons for evaluations but still not sure what the cause/problem is and had blood work done that came out normal. What could be some possible causes of this and could Botox help?

Usually when we see swlling around the eyes including eyebrows post botox injection, it might be because of the dosage, we need the movemento in some way of your robicularis oculli in order to avaid any water retention due to the lynphatic drenage, so I would recommend to tell your injector to lower the unit s injectes around the eyes, also you would get a little less paralizaing effect

You can certainly try Botox to help relax this muscle complex and it should also help smooth and flatten this area out. If the swelling is related to overactive muscles then Botox may improve the look by relaxing the muscle.  I encourage you to first explore the reason for the swelling.  You may want to start with a visit to your PCP.
