Your concern is very valid, especially with a naturally small breast base. A 425 cc implant can look beautiful on the right chest width, but tissue coverage and implant profile matter as much as volume.
If your tissue is thin, placing the implant partially under the muscle (dual plane) helps achieve a softer transition and reduces the risk of visible edges. Your surgeon will assess whether your breast base width can support the chosen implant without overstretching the skin.
Sometimes, the difference between 400 and 425 cc is minimal in appearance but can make a difference in how comfortably the implant fits the natural frame.
