30, 5’8” and 145 lbs. Am I a good candidate for over-the-muscle silicone implants without a lift? (Photos)

I’m considering a breast augmentation and would love your input on whether I’d be a good candidate for implants alone or if I’d also need a lift for the best result. Im 30, 5’8” and 145 lbs, slim build, currently about a small C cup, but my breasts have some laxity and slight sagging after breastfeeding. I still have a fair amount of breast tissue and skin, so I’m hoping to achieve a fuller, perkier look without needing a lift. I’m leaning toward over-the-muscle silicone implants, around 350–400cc, ideally achieving a natural look with good upper-pole fullness and soft movement. Could you please advise: • How can I tell if implants alone would provide enough lift for me? • What are the pros/cons of over-the-muscle placement in someone with mild sagging? • Would a moderate or high-profile implant make a difference in avoiding a lift? I’m really concerned about the “snoopy“ deformity.
