What are my options to remove/improve my bridge piercing scar? (Photo)

My scar is about 10 years old and I feel like it's gotten worse overtime. I finally want to do something about it and would like to get the work done in the Southern California area. I may be willing to go to the Bay Area if necessary. I'd like to get some suggestions and feedback.
