I'm planning to get 190cc as I'm petite and a big runner. The timing works out great for me to get the surgery done on February 6th. I am planning a trip out of the country on March 13th where I obviously won't have access to my doctor. My doctor said 4 weeks should be plenty of time for the healing before a big trip. This current timeline gives me 5 weeks, but I'm a little nervous about it. I'd love to get it done ASAP, but should I wait until April 1st? (one week after I get back home).

Thanks for your inquiry, but without an exam it is hard to advise. A firm, smaller painful breast that has "not dropped" suggests breast encapsulation. Please visit with your plastic surgeon to discuss further. Good luck.
