Swelling and pain in left cheek bones and jaw after Septo/rhinoplasty, normal? (Photo)

I'm on day three after my septo/rhinoplasty and swelling is moving from nose & eyes down to my jaw & I'm having pain in my cheek bones. Should I be concerned? My doctor sent me home with very basic post op instructions and only thing I needed to call about was excessive bleeding, excessive pain (which this is odd and painful but not excessive), or fever. I'm just not sure why my cheeks would be hurting, and as you can see from the before and after, I'm having a ridiculous amount of swelling.
