I had primary rhinoplasty 2 months ago and my bridge was made more narrow. Osteotomes were performed and both upper and lower cartilages were trimmed. I now have dents on each side of the bridge just below the nasal bones. They are more apparent under a camera flash. Are these permanent? If so, how can they be fixed? Thank you.
