Is it possible to rebuild the side walls of the nose? The doctor shaved it too much. It should be wider, 1mm each side (Photo)

You can see on the photo before and after. Doctor shaved cut out from the sides of the walls I think about 1mm on each side is missing, can this be rebuilt back? Or spread with spreader grafts or somehow fixed? I'm going crazy and loosing my hope that this can be ever fixed. I know the bridge can be augmented - from over resected scooped nose back to the hump. But what about the sides of the nose ? :-(

While it is possible to augment or build up the lateral side walls of your nose, I would first address your concerns with your surgeon.  Based on the limited photos, the dorsum does not appear to be overly narrowed.

You can try filler as a temporary treatment and also see how much improvement you get. Filler will last up a year. You need to discuss your concerns with your surgeon. Revision surgery is not as predictable as first surgery due to scaring and she be the last option.

Your nose was greatly reduced in size and still looks good. The more a nose is reduced in size, the thinner the supporting structures become. Spreader grafts and maybe even an alloderm onlay graft could widen the nose in the area that bothers you. Talk to your surgeon about your concerns.
