Is it normal to feel a bump on the upper bridge of the nose and upper sides of nose, but can't see the bumps, not visible?

b13485
I can feel either the bones or bumps on the upper bridge and upper sides of my nose, but I can't see the bumps, they're not visible. Is it normal to be able to feel something in this location of the nose, is it just the normal bones and anatomy of the nose? I haven't had surgery to my nose and I don't remember any trauma or injury to my nose. Is it normal to feel bumps or bones in the upper bridge and upper sides of the nose, to the side of the bridge, of the nose?
