My black eye/bruise don't go away 2 months post op after Nose surgery for fractured nose. Is this normal? (photos)

concerned. It can take up to 6 months for your problem to resolve.



With the pictures posted and the inability to perform a physical exam it is not
possible to provide you with a definitive medical answer.



My best recommendation at the moment is
to be patient, allow nature to take its course and edema subsides for better
results.

Also, it is important that you keep
communicating with your doctor and work as a team together to achieve the best

The dark spots around your eyes after a fractured nose is likely the orbital muscle called the orbicularis which was swollen from the trauma. A laser or even filler may help to conceal this discoloration.
