Can you get a fat transfer to only one breast?

Yes, fat can be liposuctioned from other areas of your body and transferred into one of your breast. Fat Transfer to the Breast is a common surgery. Also a great choice for someone with asymmetrical breasts. You should make a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to find out what is best with you.

There are several different ways to achieve breast symmetry if you prefer not to use an implant.  You can have fat injection into the smaller breast, a lift or reduction on the bigger breast to match the smaller breast. It would be helpful if you could submit photos of your breasts and donor sites. I can then assess whether you have enough fat, the type of fat you have, and whether you have enough loose skin on your chest to accept the additional volume.

Thank you for your question. Autologous fat grafting using your fat is a great option and my first choice for patients with asymmetrical breasts. You would need to have a consultation to discuss the risks and benefits with a board-certified plastic surgeon who performs many fat grafting procedures to the breasts. 

Fat grafting is a good option for balancing out the breasts. Small volumes will do better than large volumes and may require more than one round of fat grafting. Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in breast fat grafting. Good luck!
