Facial dimple removal options? (Photo)

Question

Hello, I'm looking to remove facial dimples. Unfortunately I am not referring to the cute cheek dimples, I'm referring to some unusual dimples under my mouth on either side of my chin that only appear when I talk or make certain expressions. I'm having a hard time finding anyone who could or would do this. Is it not possible? Does anyone do this?

In the hands of an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert, this is a pretty easy problem to take care. The use of low viscosity, cohesive, malleable  HA filler injected with the appropriate injection technique can provide the necessary "infrastructure" to resist indenting with emoting. So, relax. This is not as big a deal as you might have thought and treatment should not take more than about five minutes to perform with immediate, on-the-spot results. Best of luck.

In most patients this may be inherited condition. Surgical treatment including full excision is most likely the safest and most predictable option.
