just curious if getting dimpleplasty highly depends on weight gain/loss in the face. should I get it when Im more fit and when my face is slimmer? Ot is it okay to get it done when my face is fuller because Ive gained some pounds and for some people you can gain weight in the face. thoughts??
Female, 33 ..i had done my dimpleplasty about 3 months ago & i think the surgery went wrong, its not symmetric & i ask doctor to reverse one of it permanently, so just let the other one. But until now the indentation still very visible on both side.
This is a continuation of my previous question, but I have more info now. I'm in my 20s and have had this for as long as I can remember. I recently went to a dermatologist and she confirmed that it was indeed a dimple, but she said the only thing she could do was filler which probably wouldn't last very long. I am wondering if there is something permanent I can do? I have other dimples which I love but this one looks like a wrinkle and ages me so I absolutely hate it. What are my options?
Hello I got dimpleplasty a few years ago and was wondering if theres anything to fix the scars from it? The scars are basically indents on my face almost like acne scars. Ive had microneedle with prp and chemical peels to no avail. I just had a consult with a derm and she said that fraxel would work on the cosmetic scars but that it might also reverse the surgery bc it also targets scarring under the skin. Please advise tyia!!
I had my surgery on April 2021, its been 1 year & 2 months now but my dimple still look obvious without smiling & left permenant indents on my cheek. The dimple makes my smiling line look obvious even without smiling, it seems like pull from inside. The hole really really deep when i am smiling. I would like to ask if this normal or i still need to wait little longer or i need to do reverse-dimple surgery. Actually i done reversa dimple 3 months right after the surgery as it look really
I was seen by this incredible surgeon who said my chin cleft could be fixed with this simple, affordable surgery called a release dimple. I called office after office only to be told to use filler. Then I came across this miracle! Except I can barely find anything online about this, not even on here! So please tell me, will this really work?! It sounds like he will cut the muscle and, Im assuming, reposition it? I will post a few pictures for a visual. Thank you for your time.
So i have two questions in regards to dimpleplasty. First question, will dimples last longer is fat is removed or if muscle is removed. Some doctors seem to only remove on or the other. Second question is if you already have (light dimples) will the results from dimpleplasty last longer? Thank you for your time!
