Are threads an unproven, ill-advised way to obtain dimples?

I would stay away from it. Threads are terrible and can cause many irreversible complications, nerve damage, distortions and infections.

Hello, hope you are well. I perform surgical dimpleplasty and have not heard of that technique before. (I also would be highly skeptical that threads can result in long term success, but would be happy to be disproven). If your provider cannot demonstrate that their method works by showing before and after photos, then suspicion is a normal reaction.

Threads are an unproven, ill advised way to obtain dimples. Dimpleplasty requires a more surgical approach if the dimples are going to last. Even when done very well they can fade. We do them frequently and it takes about 20 mintues.
