Hello, I am 66 and have minor Rhymophyma due to Rosacea. Is CO2 laser resurfacing the best solution?

I typically use a radio frequency knife to remove the bulk of the rhinophyma, then smooth out the edges with the CO2 laser. Good luck!

this type of treatment requires co2 laser or radiowave and has significant downtime.  I suggest you see an expert and this requires significant training to get a good outcome without scarring.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Every surgeon has their own technique- for mild rhinophyma I use laser- namely CO2. For moderate to severe rhinophyma I prefer surgery first to debulk tissue, then sculpt with a CO2 laser. Be guided by your dermatologist or plastics. Dr Davin Lim. Brisbane. Australia.
