More that 10 years ago I had a fat transfer done for the folds on the sides of my mouth. Most of the fat has disappeared except this "bump" that remains. What can b done to remove this bump since it is no where near the area that needs the fat? Do you think that if fone properly that At a later date I could get a fat transfer?

I suggest seeing a facial contouring expert who treats a lot of men. In my practice we often do a small amount of fat transfer and PRP and then touch up with fillers. It is best that you find someone who is conservative and does a lot of men and lips. Best, Dr. Emer.
Thank you for a great question and for sharing your concerns. Fat transfer can be done to address areas of hollowing and volume loss. The majority, but not all the fat takes, and that fat can be permanent although it will age with you as does our original facial fat. I hope you find this...
I routinely perform this... Being an oculoplastic surgeon, I have a very intimate knowledge of the eye anatomy, and as such, have performed hundreds of these procedures. Please exercise caution with who you have perform this, because I have also repaired countless mis-placed fat transfer...
