I suggest a formal consult this can be camoflaged by fillers, it can be injected with kybella to remove it or liposuctioned, possibly surgically removed if it is a large lump/granuloma, or injected with steroid/5FU.  This needs a formal assessment.  

The fat can be removed with micro-liposuctioning using a syringe and an 18 gauge needle.  You can try some skin tightening afterwards such as Refirme, Titan or Thermage.  Best of luck. Dr. Michael Omidi

I could definitely understand why you would like this addressed.  I do highly recommend a formal evaluation to clarify the cause of the lesion.  I do not think it would be easy to camouflage this with a filler, as this approach may yield an unnatural appearing cosmetic result.  It could be a focus of excess fat, scar tissue, or a granuloma, etc. Once the cause is deciphered, proper treatment can be rendered.Wishing you the best of luck!
