 Structural fat grafting can be done at any age. Many faces have facial atrophy or volume loss that makes the face look drawn. Certain areas of the face can be enhanced with fat grafting. All of these are possible. You should have an evaluation with your plastic surgeon. I am not sure what this would cost in the UK
