I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. For rosacea, I like a combination approach, using lasers (ProYellow, Pulsed Dye/Vbeam, Excel V, BBL, Pico), peels and botox to the cheeks. This makes dramatic changes in color and symptoms. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Hello, I often perform vivace (microneedling with radio frequency) on patients with rosacea. Some even notice an improvement with their rosacea after treatment. I would suggest doing a treatment like this vs. traditional microneedling where the pen is dragged along the skin. Make sure you go to someone who is experienced with rosacea so they don't do anything that could make it worse.
