Can we use isotretinoin(20mg per day) while having monthly sessions of microneedling(2.5mm) with PRP?

Microneedling is a non-invasive skin rejuvenation technique that uses a mechanical device with fine needles to create controlled injury. This triggers the body to produce more collagen. There is a slight risk of hyperpigmentation secondary to constant trauma caused by microneedling and the application of isotretinoin which increases cell turnover. This should be discussed with your doctor.

Hello, no this is not recommended. You must wait 6 months after stopping isotretinoin to start doing any microneedling or laser sessions.
