this is a mole that can be removed with excision in the office. pre treat with skinceuticals phyto plus, vivatia foam, and emerageskin aox c.

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Moles can be removed with laser, radiowave or shave. There is always a chance of scar but this can be reduced with good technique and the right treatment choice.  Best, Dr. Emer

Hello, microneedling will not help with this.  I would recommend the picoway laser as this targets pigmented lesions.
