How to fix a crooked jaw?

Considerate895297
Hello, I've a crooked jaw (both the upper and lower jaw are tilted, teeth touching perfectly but obviously tilted with the jaw). I've already consulted with various doctors here in my birth country and they suggested: - Le fort I surgery op - Camouflage I'm interested in exploring the second one and all the other alternatives. Do you have any suggested alternative plus photos of crooked jaw partially solved without a le fort 1? Thank you very much
