I'm 13 months post-op & I'm disappointed with how my nose tip looks. I recently saw my doctor & mentioned that I had a very visible line or bulge at the tip of my nose. He said I should drink more water, hydrate, & when the cartilage gains back its flexibility it'll look better. However, I'm unsure that it will look a whole lot better. It almost looks pinched. My nose also protrudes out quite a bit and it seems too long. Will this change? Should I consider a revision rhinoplasty or wait longer to see a change? The doctor said I have about 10% of the swelling left but he didn’t make it clear if it was in the tip or not. Photos taken within the last 5 days. The other where the scar is more visible and I am looking to the side with the green tank top were taken one and two weeks post op.

The dents that I see are just a place where the nose doesn't have any cartilage backing, so that area can sink in, looking like a dent. Look at that place on other people's noses -- I think you'll see the same thing. Maybe your dents are deeper than someone else's, but it's still normal...
