Can I have nasal tip revision with closed rhinoplasty? (Photo)

Question

Hello I have a few issues with nasal tip. On my right side causal septum is pushing into the right nostril. On this side the nasal tip is also too low. Is it possible to effectively revise my nasal tip using a closed rhinoplasty? So I don't hand z visible scar. I'm 15 years post op one prior surgery. I want the right side of tip not to droop an be more symmetric with left side.. like I mentioned caudal septum pushes into right nostril.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you are a good candidate  for a Revision Rhinoplasty which can be performed to help improve the tip and columella symmetry. These types of complex maneuvers during revisions are often times best performed using open rhinoplasty technique. This will not leave any visible scarring with good technique is used. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
