Nose looks too short for my face. Would filler help at all? Especially with evening out nostrils from front view?
Answer: No you need a Rhinoplasty (Nosejob) Surgery | Facial Plastic Surgery | Expert | Revision | Non-Surgical | Filler | Liquid Rhino Hello, and thank you for your question. You have a complex issue that requires expert-level correction. A foreshortened, over-rotated, and asymmetric tip can only be properly addressed through rhinoplasty—fillers simply don’t have the structural strength to achieve the necessary changes. To correct this, your nose will need to be lengthened, rotated, and adjusted with careful precision. This involves harvesting septal cartilage (or a specialized alternative) to create custom grafts that reinforce the nasal tip and columella, ensuring both stability and long-term support. Without these techniques, results may be unpredictable or short-lived. Since rhinoplasty is one of the most technically demanding surgeries in all of plastic surgery, you should ONLY trust an experienced rhinoplasty specialist. Many plastic surgeons perform rhinoplasty occasionally—but this is a surgery of millimeters, where small miscalculations can have significant consequences. A surgeon who performs only a handful of these a year simply won’t deliver the best possible result. I have extensive training in advanced rhinoplasty techniques, including complex primary and revision cases, under one of the world's top rhinoplasty surgeons (who performs 1,000+ nose jobs annually). If you're serious about achieving a refined, natural-looking outcome, I’d highly recommend scheduling a consultation with me (Virtual or In-Person). This will allow us to discuss your goals, conduct a detailed examination, and determine the ideal approach for your unique anatomy. Looking forward to helping you achieve the results you’re looking for! Dr. Donald Groves Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Would you consider a permanent non-surgical nose job? If you would be content having more symmetrical nostrils on front view, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections maybe considered for lowering your nostril margins and for improving nostril margin symmetry. Additionally, your upper bridge could be raised a little bit for a more harmonious nasal profile appearance. Thank you for your question, and I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Answer: Would filler correct the appearance of my short nose and uneven nostrils Filler placed in the nose would not give you a good result, and can have consequences such as skin necrosis. A Closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish augmenting your bridge line with your own cartilage, a synthetic implant or cadaver rib. The nostrils will still be slightly asymmetrical even with surgery
