Could non-surgical rhinoplasty help me? (Photo)

Hi, I had a rhinoplasty in Aug 2023 and I'm very unhappy with the result. I apparently have very high nostrils, a hanging columella, polybeak deformity, and saddle nose. The thing that upsets me the most is the pig like appearance of the nose. Could non-surgical fillers restore my nose to a fairly normal appearance? Thanks in advance.

Filler can help with the saddle nose part but it won't help with the other concerns. If you think you might be considering a revision rhinoplasty, I would go ahead and save your money and time and invest it into that instead.

I'm afraid that your best course would be revision rhinoplasty by a revision expert.  I would be happy to recommend a few when you are ready.  I would not waste your time and money on nasal fillers.  Good luck and be well.

On your photos, you do not appear to have an upturned nasal tip appearance, nor do you have a polly beak. I believe that the upper 1/3 of your nasal bridge was lowered a bit too much and there is a small bony irregularity there. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered for filling the top of your bridge for a smoother nasal profile appearance. I hope this helps. yes fillers can help smooth out the irregularities in your dorsum (bridge of the nose area) It won't help with the saddle nose deformity on the sides. It can raise the tip and lengthen it, helping with the pollybeak, although hard to say whether it will solve it 100%.
